HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE ON THE WEBSITE?

Find the product to buy:

• From the main Menu -> Select Store -> Select category (Dresses, sets, etc.) -> Select product. Quick search if you already know the “product name”. Just type it into the search box, and the page will suggest the most accurate products available.

Customize the order & Place order:

• View detailed product information, select the correct product you want -> Choose color -> Choose size -> Choose quantity -> Click Add to Cart. At this point, in the upper right corner, a condensed list of selected products will appear. -> Click Proceed to Checkout, you can choose: adjust the quantity of products purchased, delete selected products, or continue to purchase other products;
• After obtaining the list of products to buy, continue with the steps -> Fill in shipping information -> Choose payment method. Order confirmation & Receipt of goods: Immediately after successfully placing an order, LSEOUL will send an order confirmation email to the email address provided by the customer, and LSEOUL’s delivery department will call to confirm delivery.

To ensure receive the goods as quickly as possible, please note:

• Orders are accepted by LSEOUL when accurate information about your address & phone number is provided. In cases where you cannot be contacted at the time of the call, LSEOUL will send an SMS notification and reserve the order for the customer for 02 working days, after which the system will automatically cancel it;
• Some sensitive cases: orders of high value & delivery times in the evening to addresses in alleys or potentially dangerous areas. LSEOUL will proactively contact customers to confirm specific delivery times;
• In case of delivery: delays without prior notice, wrong items… You may refuse to receive the goods and we will refund the full amount paid in advance (if any) within 02 business days;
• The process of transporting goods to you (especially in remote areas) may sometimes incur unintended risks (bumps, moisture, accidents…) affecting the goods, so please check the goods carefully before signing. LSEOUL will not be responsible for discrepancies in the form of goods after you has signed for them.”
